Guarantee & Returns Policy

All of our jewellery carries a full money back guarantee. Any item you order from us can be returned within seven days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that goods are in perfect condition, unused and in there original packaging. Please specify whether you would like a refund or exchange and remember to include your name and address.

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, not misuse. To maintain the condition of your jewellery always remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work. Never spray perfume or cosmetics on or near your jewellery.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any damages immediately, no later than three days otherwise we will not be able to send a replacement. Please send damaged items back with proof of delivery to receive a replacement.

It is advisable to get proof of posting when sending something back to us as we will be unable to credit for goods lost in the post. Sending items Recorded is advisable. We will not be able to credit for damaged items. The delivery charge is not refunded.
